Horses in your wedding 101
If you want that authentic farm feeling, a well groomed stead for photo opts is the way to go. Depending on what type of bride you are (and everyone is a type) you may want to be selective about what farm you say your 'I Do's' at. There are farms, and then there are horse farms. The difference is in the details. Horses at farms live what is considered a 'retirement life' with minimal grooming. Horses at horse farm (like the one in this photo) are groomed and have that wonderfully shiny clean coat, they are pampered 24/7 and basically have butlers. They may be better for posing purposed as well. Both looks are wonderful but it all depends on what type of bride you are.
